Recently we have received a few inquiries and some unsavory comments asking whether we have hired agents to sell our products at a much higher price elsewhere.  We’ve also been called ‘penipu’ (liar) *sob*sob* :-(

Therefore we would like to clarify that we do not hire any agents to do such a thing.

But we do supply and sell in bulk at a price lower than our retail price and we also provide drop shipping service (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drop_shipping) whereby a customer buys from us at the retail price or bulk price and we will ship to any address the customer requests at no extra charge. 

In both cases (drop ship or bulk purchase), we do not control the resell price (if any).  We do not control their business and we do not get any extra/additional profit from the resellers.

We hope that the above explanation will help to clarify any misunderstandings or misconceptions.  We are honest in doing business and we highly value your trust in us.
